Burger geeks, risk-takers and innovators. Burger Theory started in 2012 with a street food stall, two mates and a serious obsession with bold flavours and proper ingredients. Now the flagship restaurant on St Stephens Street cooks everything from scratch: pickled, fermented, braised and brined. Burger Chef of the Year 2021 and UK Best Burger 2022. In the restaurant seven days a week, and at music festivals across the county all summer.
